Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced UKG Integration Architect to support integrations on Dell Boomi and participate in the migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to Workforce Dimensions (WFD). The role involves hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing high-priority technical scenarios.
Build integrations on Dell Boomi.
Work with core teams to plan and support migration from WFC to WFD.
Support integration architecture across Kronos/UKG Workforce Management platforms.
Collaborate closely with teams during priority scenarios and critical issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
Assist in migration planning and execution for Kronos WFC → WFD.
Provide technical leadership across UKG/Kronos integration initiatives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
Required Skills:
Kronos Workforce Management technical experience
Dell Boomi integration development
Application integration architecture
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
10+ years of experience in technical and integration architecture
Experience with UKG WFM migrations.
