**Job Overview:**
We are a dynamic real estate investment firm focused on commercial acquisitions and asset management, and we are looking for a Transaction Coordinator to help facilitate the smooth execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and loan refinances. In this role, you will report to the Transaction Manager and be instrumental in managing transactions from contract to closing, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of two years of experience in commercial real estate who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Location:** Hybrid - 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

**Salary Range:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Due Diligence Management:** Organize, audit, and maintain both physical and digital due diligence materials for easy access by internal teams. Set up and manage electronic data rooms for external review.


- **Transaction Oversight:** Track key transaction timelines, deadlines, and contingencies to ensure compliance and proactively address any issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction summaries.


- **Vendor Coordination:** Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, including inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, and title companies, ensuring all necessary services are scheduled and executed efficiently.

- **Detail-Oriented & Organized:** Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.


- **Strong Communicator:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.


- **Tech-Savvy:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.


- **Professional & Adaptable:** A proactive and energetic individual who is comfortable collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
