Wynne Transport Service is hiring for a Tractor Trailer Shop Maintenance Coordinator. We’re a Family-owned business for 70 Years, providing Local and Over-the-road bulk liquid Transportation services. We operate in 48 states, Canada, and down to Mexico. We have terminals in Nebraska and Texas.

Job Highlights:
We are seeking a Shop Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Wynne Transport Service. Wynne Transport offers a great family environment, good benefits, and good pay. Great benefits. Family environment. Starting pay is $52,000 to $58,000.

Job Summary: 

• Report trailer status to load planner on clean, dirty, and ready for assignment trailers. 
• Monitor and Coordinate with tank washes to get tanks cleaned. 
• Ensure each trailer is prepped per individual customer requirements prior to loading. 
• Report Trailer Statuses to Fleet Managers. 
• Issue purchase orders, maintain parts inventory, and create repair tickets utilizing AMS software.
• Coordinate with shop order of needed equipment. Oversee outside venders, repairs, and paperwork.
• Order and pick up parts and supplies as needed for shop and terminal.
• Perform routine parts Inventory.
• Coordinate inside and outside vendor repairs. 
• Meet with Vendors as Needed. 
• Pre trip inspections on trailers, check off list. 
• Provide needed paperwork to drivers for their load(s) Supply drivers with needed PPE. 
• Keep office in an orderly fashion. Purchase office supplies, water, soap, coffee, etc. 
• Maintain a Credit card. 
• Be available 24/7 to assist drivers and other managers in whatever capacity may be needed. 
• Driver and shop employee management. 
• Oversee maintenance and repair of company shop employees. 
• Report to Safety dept. and carry out safety policies and procedures. 
• Handle some HR responsibilities. 
• Assist drivers with company policies and procedures and equipment familiarization. 
• Assist supervisor with additional assigned duties. 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. Driver’s License. 
• Must be proficient in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). 
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are required. 
• Must have truck and trailer maintenance experience (tanker preferred). 
• FLSA Status: Exempt - Administrative.
