Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Receive and sort all incoming UPS, Federal Express, and courier deliveries, USPS Mail.
• Verify all items listed on packing slips were received.
• Assist in maintaining shipping inventory and unloading supplies.
• Prepares on-demand delivery notes and shipping labels.
• Weighs mail and calculates accurate postage.
• Uses mail sorting and postage meter machines.
• Fills out mailing labels, including researching accurate country codes for international mail and regional zip codes for domestic mail.
• Records arrival of mail.
• Maintains records of mail volume, package weights, and shipping costs.
• Maintains inventory of mailroom supplies.
• Disposes of junk mail.
• Operates office equipment.
• Assist Facilities team as needed.
