Position: Registered Nurse MedicalSurgical

Start Date: 1/13/2025

Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Peterborough NH 03458

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 7:00 AM 7:30 PM 12

Shift Notes: 12 Hour Days Must float to ICU if needed 36 hrs Guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Weekend rotation required /Holidays required as needed

OnCall Requirements: None

COVID19/FLU Requirement: na

Traveler Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY

• Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records
• Must be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations
• Must be able and willing to float without hesitation to float to our ICU which is just a more acute need unit.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of recent Med Surg experience Required
• Previous Travel Highly Preferred
• BSN Preferred
• PALS & Tele Strip Certified Preferred to float to ICU which is just a more acute need

• Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• NH or Compact License must be active at the time of submission!
