Who we are looking for: We are seeking a curious and experienced professional to serve as part of our most trusted advisory team and who can excel in fostering meaningful client relationships. The Tax + Advisory Services Consultant will be a key leadership position within our Salina market and will be an active participant in our Firmwide tax team. You will provide proactive tax consulting + planning, compliance reviews, and in-depth research services for a diverse group of clients and industries. You will also help recruit, mentor, and develop the talent within the tax + advisory services team.

Requirements
Qualifications you should have: Candidates for this position should possess their CPA certification. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in preparing corporate, partnership, trust and individual tax returns in addition to having supervisory experience. Superior verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and customer relationship skills are a must. You should be involved in the community and can develop additional business and services for our clients.
