Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to do  full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to screening,  interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful TAS will collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively  identify future hiring needs. You will learn to attract candidates using various job posting platforms, social media networks and employee referrals.   Ultimately, the responsibilities of the TAS are to ensure our company attracts,  hires and  retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities  

  • Post jobs to job boards and intake new applicants
  • Screen candidate resumes and schedule/perform 30-40 screening calls per week
  • Schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers 
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process 
  • Maintain strong organization with candidates in the pipeline and promptly update statuses in our Applicant Tracking System 
  • Handle all necessary ongoing communications with candidates (ie. sending interview confirmations, scheduling additional interview rounds, and sending offer letters) 
  • Ensure candidates sign offer letters, complete background checks, and submit I-9 documentation 
  • Maintain strong relationships with employees and act as ongoing support for them throughout their careers 
  • Collaborate with division managers on the planning and execution of office needs

Salary: $55,000.00 + Incentives (expect $60,000-$70,000 your first year) 

Location: In-Office (Denver, CO)

Who You Are  

  • At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred (not required)
  • Experience in screening applicants for sales positions preferred
  • Proven track record of creating exceptional candidate experiences 
  • Proficient with technology and using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong decision-making ability 
  • Great at multi-tasking and staying organized  
  • Team player with  a desire to win
