Job Description

Fiverr is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapid growth. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise in building relationships and utilizing various sourcing channels will be crucial in identifying candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Fiverr as an employer of choice.

What am I going to do?:

• Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience
• Support recruiters by: screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews.
• Posts jobs to colleges/universities, LinkedIn, and other sources as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience.
• Support campus recruiting efforts.
• Additional project work on an as needed basis

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various departments.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
