Job Description

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a STRUCTURAL DESIGNER with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our office in Towson, Maryland. This role offers the opportunity to work on a dynamic variety of projects, including buildings, retaining walls, bridges, and telecommunication facilities (such as towers, water tanks, rooftops, foundations, and antenna mounts). Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• E.I.T. certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, and wood structures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the RISA Suite (including RISA-3D, RISA Foundation, and RISA Connection).
• Experience with tnxTower, Enercalc, L-Pile, and Excel are a plus.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience
