Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who excels in sales, closing, networking and customer service. As a Structural Analyst , you are responsible for inspecting structures to identify potential foundation, structural, drainage or maintenance related issues. To be successful in this role, you will need to be detail oriented with effective communication skills and a willingness to truly aid our customers with their structural issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on structures (residential and commercial) and create repair plans.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and keep a good conversion ratio.
• Follow sales processes • Maintain CRM and Sales tracker
• Provide adequate communication with the client and project managers
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Follow up on customers
• Grow your sales and network
• Continue your education through our development training program, on foundation repair
• Other services

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience using Microsoft Teams software and remote support tools.
• Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough clients.
• Team- focused
• Experienced in networking and prospecting to grow sales and referrals.
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma. (Some College education preferred but not required.)
• Clean driving record with an active driver's license
• Construction experience minimum 5 years or 2 years minimum as a foundation repair
• Project manager or structural analyst.
• Minimum of 5 years of face-to-face sales.
