We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, establishing strong client relationships, and positioning our agency as a trusted partner in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition
   • Identify and target potential clients in key industries.
   • Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities.
   • Present tailored staffing solutions to address client needs.
2. Relationship Management
   • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
   • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
   • Regularly update clients on candidate placements and service enhancements.
3. Market Research & Strategy
   • Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
   • Develop competitive strategies to position the agency effectively.
   • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
4. Sales Goals & Reporting
   • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
   • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activities.
   • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in staffing/recruitment).
• Strong knowledge of staffing industry trends and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
