Job Description:

We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in search for a Staff Accountant. This role will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions including managing the general ledger, bank reconciliations, and preparing audits.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Prepare monthly financial and accounting statements and reports.
• Assist in month-end close and year-end close functions.
• Collaborate with company leaders and key decision makers.
• Manage AP and AR processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or CPA in progress is preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks or NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Expert problem solving and analysis skills.
