Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategy for the U.S. and Canada. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will oversee social media, CRM, website management, digital paid media, and delivery partnerships. You will drive brand KPIs, guest engagement, and revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership skills, along with expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and team management, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand engagement and revenue growth across multiple channels.
Lead digital crisis management efforts to protect brand reputation online.
Spearhead new digital initiatives, including data analytics platforms and content management systems.
Manage creative and performance strategies for digital marketing campaigns across brand and local restaurant marketing efforts.
CRM & Guest Engagement:

Oversee the creation and execution of CRM strategies to boost guest retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Collaborate with guest service teams to integrate customer feedback into digital marketing efforts.
Optimize CRM tools to ensure maximum impact.
Paid Media Management:

Manage external agencies to execute and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels, including search, display, social media, and programmatic advertising.
Lead day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns, including content creation and campaign execution.
Website Management:

Apply SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Collaborate with digital agencies to update creative assets and improve the user experience on the website.
Performance Optimization:

Set growth goals and lead social media strategy to drive performance and engagement.
Develop and implement tracking and reporting systems to evaluate digital campaign success, ensuring maximum ROI.
Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to boost third-party delivery partnerships and drive digital sales growth.
Team Management & Development:

Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing team and agencies, ensuring analytics guide decision-making.
Mentor and lead team members, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
10-12 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in management roles, preferably within the restaurant or food and beverage industry.
Expertise in CRM tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, content management systems, and analytics tools. E-commerce experience is a plus.
Minimum of 6 years of experience leading digital marketing teams and driving large-scale initiatives.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
