Key Responsibilities:
- Develop renewal quotes for existing clients based on past experience and available data, as well as prospect quotes for potential clients.
- Archive all approved and delivered correspondence, and maintain records for future reference. Create templates for frequently used correspondence topics, including inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Design and build tools to streamline and enhance the underwriting process.
- Support the Underwriting Director in managing the workload of the Underwriting team.
- Assist in developing the understanding of underwriting concepts among Underwriters and Associate Underwriters.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to establish deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Foster positive, productive relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Work closely with external partners to ensure competitive and equitable rates for both prospect and renewal quotes.
