Job Overview
We're on the hunt for a Social Media Manager based in the USA to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you'll work closely with content creators, helping them connect authentically with their audiences and maximize their content's value. You'll also contribute to strategic social media initiatives that drive engagement, brand visibility, and monetization.
As part of our marketing team, you'll report to the Product Marketing Manager (USA) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative social media campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Engagement: Build strong relationships with content creators, providing guidance and support to enhance their audience connections.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute impactful social media strategies that highlight our services while promoting creators' content.
Campaign Management: Plan and run social media campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on brand awareness, audience engagement, and monetization strategies.
Market Insights: Research audience trends and preferences, using data-driven insights to refine social media strategies.
Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs for campaigns, providing regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration: Partner with the global marketing and PR team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in social media management or marketing, ideally within the adult content industry or with platforms like OnlyFans, Fansly, or Fancentro.
Expertise in managing platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
Strong understanding of the U.S. market, including fan engagement, branding, and public relations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented approach.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing trends, audience behavior, and campaign metrics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
