PART-TIME CO-FOUNDER

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo), an extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

What We Offer

As a part-time co-founder, you will:

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale, anticipated January 2024).

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity and token-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes compensation after the successful public token sale anticipated in January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. WFO: Extreme Sports Affinity Network "Built on Autheo" to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth. 
3. Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11, 2024. Incentivised testnet, together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January. 

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

Social Media Manager

About the Role

Autheo is seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our presence across various platforms as we launch and grow Autheo Social Hub. This role is critical to shaping our brand identity online, creating viral-worthy content, and fostering a strong connection with our audience. You will spearhead our social media strategy, build a cohesive online presence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate is a creative visionary who understands the nuances of social platforms, has a knack for developing and executing strategies for new brands, understands the formula for creating viral content, and thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development:
   • Devise and implement platform-specific strategies tailored to our brand and target audience.
   • Define the tone, voice, and content style for each platform to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
2. Content Creation and Management:
   • Develop and maintain social media content calendar.
   • Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
   • Lead content ideation and creation for organic social media presence.
   • Collaborate with design team to produce visually compelling content
3. Community Engagement:
   • Foster relationships with content creators, influencers, and the broader community.
   • Actively engage with followers through replies, comments and interactions, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement across all platforms.
   • Monitor and respond to messages and mentions.
   • Track and engage with relevant conversations and trending topics.
4. Team Leadership:
   • Manage and guide a small team responsible for maintaining the social presence across platforms.
   • Train team members on social media best practices and performance tracking.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
   • Collaborate with the digital analyst to monitor KPIs and track performance metrics for campaigns and content.
   • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and reach.
   • Analyze competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
   • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry innovations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with new brand launches or digital platforms.
• Experience with strategy development for a brand’s social presence from scratch.
• Proven ability to create viral content and a strong understanding of what drives engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and community management.
• Proficiency in using social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
• Basic graphic design/video editing skills with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) and familiarity with in-app tools for short-form video creation.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPI tracking and data-driven mindset with a knack for interpreting analytics to refine strategies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
• Experience managing or collaborating with content creators and influencers.
• Familiarity with hosting events (digital and live) or campaigns.
• Knowledge of Web3 or blockchain technology is a plus.
