**Job Title: Shipper** **Job Description** As a Shipper, you will play a crucial role in the order fulfillment process. Your primary responsibilities will include picking orders, boxing, packaging, shrink wrapping, and palletizing orders. You will utilize a pallet jack and scan gun to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the process. Verifying picked orders against order forms to ensure correctness is also a vital part of the role. **Responsibilities** + Pick and package orders for shipment. + Box, shrink wrap, and palletize orders. + Use a pallet jack and scan gun to handle orders. + Verify accuracy of orders against order forms. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping processes. + Positive attitude and attention to detail. + Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 lbs. + Proficiency in reading and writing English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of experience in a warehouse setting. + Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking. + Familiarity with large order handling and general labor. + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word/Excel. + Forklift and RF scanner operation experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values internal promotions and professional growth. Working hours are from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
