Service Technicians – Santa Barbara, Santa Maria and Ventura Areas
The Towbes Group Inc., a premier property management firm seeks full-time experienced Service Technicians to provide building maintenance and customer service for our apartment communities in the Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and Ventura County areas.
As a key member of our residential property management team, the Service Technician interacts daily with our apartment community team members and residents to help maintain company standards throughout the region.
Requirements:
This is a full time, hourly position, may be asked to work Monday - Friday work schedule. Depending upon assignment location, the position also requires participation in our after-hours emergency on-call rotation program. You must be able to respond within 30-45 minutes from place of residence to our communities in Santa Barbara-Santa Maria/Lompoc-Ventura.
