Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

• Own key aspects of the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, loan accounting, and financial reporting
• Manage financials for a portfolio of real estate investments, with opportunities to broaden your scope as you grow
• Work closely with senior leadership, showcasing your polish, professionalism, and ability to communicate effectively
• Roll up your sleeves and dive into a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
• Leverage QuickBooks Desktop to maintain precise and efficient financial records

Senior Staff Accountant Requirements:

• A degree in accounting or finance from a reputable institution
• 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience, particularly with journal entries and reconciliations
• Industry experience in real estate or professional services is a plus, but we’re open to other backgrounds
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with senior management
• A proactive, adaptable mindset—you thrive in environments where you can wear multiple hats
• A stable work history that demonstrates commitment and reliability
