Your Role: A Trusted Guide in the Home Loan Journey
As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll be the go-to expert for clients seeking Non-QM loan options. You'll assess their unique financial situations, recommend the perfect loan products, and provide exceptional guidance throughout the entire mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and successful closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a best-in-class customer experience, building lasting relationships with clients.
Proactive Client Engagement: Connect with clients through inbound and outbound calls, utilizing company-provided leads.
Tailored Loan Solutions: Assess client needs and financial situations to structure optimal loan offers.
Efficient Loan Application Management: Accurately input and maintain borrower information in the CRM/LOS.
Thorough Documentation Review: Collect and verify borrower qualification documents for complete loan submissions.
Clear and Consistent Communication: Effectively communicate with borrowers, providing clear guidance at every step.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with customer relationship managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain Compliance and Quality: Operate in compliance with lending laws and uphold high loan quality standards.
Achieve Performance Goals: Meet and exceed loan production and quality performance goals.

Required Qualifications:
Active MLO License with NMLS SAFE Act compliance (4+ licenses preferred).
2-3 years of sales experience in a high-volume call center.
Expertise in structuring and pricing loans.
Extensive knowledge of Non-QM loan products (Conventional, government, refinance, purchase, HELOC, & Seconds a plus).
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
Bilingual (read, write, speak) in Spanish, a plus.

Compensation:
$16/hour + Commissions.
Work Environment:
Remote position.
Weekends as needed.
