EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of recent experience in Electrical Engineering design within an architectural or MEP firm
• LEED accreditation is highly desired
• Advanced proficiency in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage work to produce projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience maintaining successful client relationships
• Advanced planning and organization skills, with the ability to lead multiple-discipline project teams

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Proven track record of successfully completing projects, with strong project planning and delivery experience
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and client-focused approach
• Ability to effectively influence senior-level leadership and stakeholders
• Strong time management and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
• Proficiency in developing business and fostering client relationships through effective communication
• TECHNOLOGY/COMPUTER EXPERIENCE:
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead project management, guiding design teams from inception to completion
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and reports for diverse project scales
• Coordinate project phases, ensuring quality adherence throughout
• Chair design and construction meetings to ensure project alignment
• Design electrical systems for commercial facilities, including branch circuit distribution and fire alarms
• Conduct calculations to ensure system functionality and compliance
• Manage construction administration tasks, including site visits and document reviews
• Support Marketing/Business Development initiatives alongside the Marketing Director
• Fulfill additional assigned duties as needed
