Dallas Eye and Ear is a private practice ENT/Audiology multisensory, medical office in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a bilingual scheduler/referral coordinator who has high standards and is effective in building relationships with patients, patient relatives and co-workers.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Confirm appointments
• Maintain patient records and manage patient charts
• Extensive customer service utilizing emails, phone calls, and in person encounters
• Schedule incoming patient referrals
• Pre-certify procedures with insurance
• Scan and/or fax administrative documents and diagnostic reports

Experience, Education, and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year's experience in patient care
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Professionalism
• Appropriate phone etiquette
• Computer proficiency
• Willingness to learn EMR system – preferred experience with eClinical Works
• Ability to accurately schedule patient appointments

Hours and Location:

• Full Time
• 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
• Primarily located at our Central office, but may require travel to our Beckley location

We offer competitive compensation ($18-19/hr.), paid time off, holidays
