Full Time / Direct Hire Software Integration Developer opportunity

Must be able to work in US without sponsorship

Hybrid/Remote but must be local to San Antonio area

$100,000-$135,000 plus bonus

About the Role We seek a technical Integration Developer to streamline data flow between Salesforce, our Sage 100/Intacct ERPs, and 15+ subsidiary platforms (CRM, IoT, payments, etc.) via a centralized Snowflake data lake. This role will focus heavily on API engineering, Salesforce configuration, and ensuring reliable data synchronization across systems.

Core Responsibilities

• API Development & Maintenance (60%)
  • Design, build, and monitor REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and subsidiaries:
  • CRMs: Caterease, Viper, Alert Rental
  • ERPs: Sage 100 (MAS90), Sage Intacct
  • IoT: Samsara sensor/telemetry data
  • Payment Processors: Square, Paya
  • Implement authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML).
  • Troubleshoot latency/errors in high-priority transactions.
• Salesforce Configuration Support (30%)
  • Create custom fields/objects to reflect subsidiary data requirements.
  • Build and optimize Flows for automated processes.
  • Assist with user access management and permission sets.
• Snowflake Data Lake Oversight (10%)
  • Configure pipelines for raw data ingestion (S3 → Snowflake).
  • Optimize SQL queries for reporting efficiency.
  • Monitor storage costs and processing thresholds.

Required Skills

• Non-Negotiable:
  • 2+ years integrating Salesforce with external platforms via APIs.
  • Proficient in Python + SQL for ETL/data transformation.
  • Experience with REST API tools (Postman, Insomnia).
  • Basic Salesforce administration: Fields, Flows, Data Loader.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Sage 100 ODBC connections.
  • Exposure to IoT data streams (MQTT/WebSocket).
  • Snowflake/DBT certification or training.

Performance Expectations

• System Reliability: 99.5% uptime for critical integrations.
• Latency: Data reflects in Salesforce within 1.5 seconds of subsystem updates.
• Cost Control: Maintain Snowflake processing below $0.15/GB.
