Midwest Regional Sales Manager

Location: Frankfort, IL

Shift: Day shift

Pay: $50K-$85K + commission

This role will require travel throughout the Midwest (Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, MIssouri, MInnesota, and Arkansas)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of prior Outside Sales experience in the roller industry.
• Prefer steel roll, brush roll, non-woven and/or polyurethane roller knowledge.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior Technical Sales proficiency
• Must have New business development along with organic growth achievements
• Team selling talents.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong technical/mechanical capacity

Responsibilities:

• Working with Engineering and Inside Sales departments to support your territory.
• Hybrid balance of working from home, office, and some overnight travel throughout Midwest
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Achieve mutually agreed upon sales performance goals.
• Set follow-up appointments to follow-up on new opportunities and make customers aware of
