What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, on-time service, meet customers, give estimates, and explain our offerings.
• Junk Removal: Remove and responsibly dispose of items from customers’ homes, such as furniture, appliances, and construction materials.
• Sales and Education: Communicate the benefits of our services and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
• Daily Variety: No two days are the same – work outdoors and tackle new challenges each day across the Twin Cities area.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Ambitious and Charismatic: You’re driven to succeed, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 80 pounds to shoulder height throughout your shift.
• Weekend Availability: At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required.
• Team Player: Open to feedback, adaptable, and focused on self-improvement.
• Minimum Requirements: Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and a great attitude.
