Position Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales Canvasser to join our growing team. This is an outside sales role focused on canvassing neighborhoods, generating leads, and closing deals. You will proactively engage with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of roof replacement or repair, and guide them through the sales process. This position is 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass assigned territories and generate leads through direct customer outreach.
• Educate homeowners about the importance of quality roofing and assess their needs.
• Conduct on-the-spot inspections and provide accurate estimates.
• Set appointments for Sales Canvasser and manage customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Work independently to hit sales targets and maximize commissions.
• Stay informed about roofing materials, industry trends, and financing options.
  
   

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable working in an outside sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territories.
