Key Responsibilities:

Provide telephone triage services for both pediatric and adult patients, delivering accurate and empathetic medical advice.
Use your critical thinking skills to assess patient symptoms, prioritize needs, and provide next steps for care.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently while navigating various computer systems to document patient interactions and make appropriate recommendations.
Work collaboratively with a supportive and dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of nursing experience, ideally with a background in the emergency department (ED), call centers, or triage in a provider office.
Strong multitasking and computer proficiency.
A quick thinker who thrives in challenging situations and enjoys problem-solving.
Compact nurses are encouraged to apply, with additional licenses required for those practicing in multiple states.
