• Title : Retirement Plan Consultant
• Department : HB Retirement
• Location : Pittsburgh, PA
• Responsibilities : service current Retirement clients, manage defined contribution plan activity, adhere to government regulations, plan provisions, and company policies

POSITION DETAILS
Expect your typical day as a Retirement Plan Consultant to be focused on the following initiatives:

• Client Facing Support : Serve as main point of contact for existing HB Retirement clients
• Client Management : Manage daily activity for clients’ defined contribution plans and assist in the preparation of client plan reviews
• Compliance : Maintain compliance requirements, such as government regulations and plan provisions
• Investment Insight: Deliver quarterly investment performance analysis and articulate firm recommendations to Retirement Committees.

We are interested in speaking with optimistic and self-motivated individuals searching for a dynamic career path in a professional setting. Qualification for the role would be:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field required 
• ASPPA, AIF, QKA, or CEBS certifications preferred
• 5+ years of proven experience and success in defined contribution consulting, including plan design, compliance, and administration and management of client relationships
• Combination of FINRA Series 6 or 7, Series 63 and/or Series 66/65 licenses preferred, but not required prior to hire.
• Demonstrate experience in supporting and managing ongoing client relationships
