Primary Responsibilities - Track, manage, and complete behavioral health reports for state submission
- Obtain data, verify validity of data, and analyze data as required
- Interface with clinical providers to ensure accurate and complete data is collected and submitted
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate data collection for reports
- Perform provider education to improve the quality of collected and submitted data

Required Qualifications - 2+ years of experience working with reporting tools and generating effective reports
- Intermediate level of MS Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications - Project management experience
- Tableau and PowerBI experience
- Louisiana Behavioral Health Managed Care experience
- Proven ability to convey complex information to others and make it more easily understood

The hourly range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
