• Guide new and aspiring prospects through our programs, offering mentorship in mindset, strategy, and holistic growth.
• Stay engaged with ongoing training, personal development, and industry trends.
• Create and implement strategic growth plans for yourself and support team.

• Experience in business development, coaching, leadership, or sales.
• Deep interest in personal development and helping others succeed.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and mentorship skills.
• Self-motivated and highly disciplined with the ability to work independently.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms, CRMs, and digital tools.
