Bustling Host Agency seeks an energetic Remote Online Booking Specialist to help our clients have the best experience possible. As part of our team, you will be utilizing supplied company tools and with your knowledge of the best and most popular destinations around the globe. 

Responsibilities  

• Source leads from our database or your network
  
• Arrange transportation, hotel, flights, dinners, and excursions
  
• Package all paperwork and send it off to be completed
  
• Resolve issues before, during, and after the trip
  
• Inform clients of any changes to their itinerary
  
• Utilize company and outside avenues to complete your bookings
  

Requirements

If You Have:

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality, ideal within the travel sector
  
• Strong acumen, with an ability to upsell packages and experiences
  
• Familiarity with travel booking tools and systems is beneficial
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple bookings simultaneously
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
