Intake Specialist

Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $7.00 USD per hour + Bonuses
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Fluency Required: English (C1 or C2) & Spanish

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Intake Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will work closely with our legal team to gather necessary information, assess case eligibility, and assist clients in understanding the next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client intake calls and gather detailed information about their case.
• Screen potential clients and assess case eligibility.
• Document and organize client information accurately in our system.
• Provide potential clients with clear instructions on the intake process and next steps.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure timely follow-up on cases.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English (C1 or C2 level) and Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in client intake or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus, but not required.
