Job Title: Remote Benefits Agent
Location: Remote (Must reside in Georgia, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee)

Position Overview:
We are seeking driven and coachable individuals to join our team as Remote Benefits Agents. In this role, you will work directly with members who have requested information about their benefits. This is a client-focused position that involves educating individuals about their coverage options, assisting with policy selections, and ensuring their financial security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions.
• Educate clients on available supplemental benefit programs and coverage options.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and maintain compliance with state licensing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Reside in Georgia, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
• Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (support and guidance provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• A passion for helping others and making a positive impact.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms, such as Zoom, is a plus.
