The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. This includes patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients, providers, and other team members are critical to this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other team members.
- Provide case management and hospice care services.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- BSN
- NIHSS certification
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Specialities in ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room
Special Considerations:
- This role requires working night shifts.
Scheduling:
- Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
