As a Recruiter II on the talent acquisition team, this role will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand business and talent needs, provide market intelligence, develop recruiting and sourcing strategies, and use data and metrics to showcase results.

WHAT OUR RECRUITER II’S ENJOY MOST

  • Collaborating with teams to understand hiring needs and developing successful sourcing strategies
  • Managing the recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent; understands talent market
  • Consulting and educating hiring teams on the recruitment process
  • Managing recruitment for requisitions, programs and special projects

On any given day the Recruiter II will be facilitating the process of attracting and acquiring talent for the Customer Operations business. Screening, selecting, interviewing and evaluating potential talent from experienced professionals to campus hires. You will use your consultative skills to educate hiring leaders on recruitment strategy and processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, or related or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Strong PC skills including MS Office – specifically excel and PowerPoint. Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required. Knowledge of sourcing methods also required.
  • Abilities: Prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects or assignments, demonstrated consultative approach to recruitment process.
  • Travel Ability: Minimal
  • Schedule: 4:1 Hybrid (4 Days in Office Required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles
