Broker Associate Opportunity We are looking for a licensed Broker Associate who is motivated to learn to combine personal production with leadership while earning rewarding commissions. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ In this position, you’ll learn to partner with recruiting resources and coaching programs to build, mentor, and develop a team of productive agents. Responsibilities:

• Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
• Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
• Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
• Superb customer service and communication skills
• Real estate license required
• Brokers license or ability to obtain one
• Sales experience
