Real Estate Attorney (Condo Offering Plans/Real Estate Closings)

A well-established New York law firm with multiple offices in NYC and Albany area are seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney with experience in Condo Offering Plans and Real Estate Closings. The ideal candidate will handle the preparation, review, and negotiation of condo offering plans, as well as oversee the legal aspects of real estate transactions, including title review, contract negotiation, and closing procedures. Must be proficient in New York real estate law, have strong attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Qualifications:

* 2-5 yrs experience in Condo-Offering Plans/Real Estate-Closing
* Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
* J.D. and active bar membership required
