What You’ll Do:

As a Quality Tester II, you’ll be a key player in our production process, responsible for:

• Conducting product tests and inspections at various stages of production.
• Using gauges and measurement tools to verify product standards.
• Compiling and analyzing statistical data to support quality improvements.
• Collaborating with inspectors and providing leadership in problem-solving.
• Reporting defective materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Following safety protocols and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in inspection or production (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and non-toxic chemicals.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Use of ladders, scaffolding, and machinery.
• Repetitive hand and wrist motions.
• Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled areas and wear required PPE.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
