Project Manager - Roofing

At Panda Exteriors, our Project Managers interactions with homeowners secures a long-lasting relationship between Panda and the customer. This position is critical in setting the homeowners' expectations as well as ensuring the customers overall satisfaction. You have an opportunity with Panda Exteriors to build and develop a strong career in operations and establish yourself as an integral part of a booming industry!

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership and Management:
  • Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales goals and objectives, and monitor team performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to sales team members.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the construction and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the roofing industry (Commercial exp a plus!) 
• Clean driving record
• Exp with vinyl siding, pvc & metal trim
• Physically able to climb a ladder & get on top of residential steep & low slope roofs
• Familiarity with asphalt, tile, concrete & standing seam metal roofing
  
• CRM exp Acculynx or similar product
  
• Strong desire to build a career in operations
• Ability to build and foster relationships through effective communication with clients and colleagues
• A valid license and a clear driving record
• Attention to detail on orders, contracts, note taking etc.
• Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to legally work in the United States
