Open to someone sitting in Doylestown, PA or Pittsburgh, PA area.

Oxford Solutions is hiring a Project Engineer or Geologist for a growing environmental consulting firm supporting projects across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to manage site remediation and environmental compliance projects while mentoring junior staff and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects, personnel, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Prepare PADEP Act 2 and/or NJDEP SRP reports (PA, SI, RI, CEA, RAWP, etc.).
• Develop technical proposals and detailed reports.
• Analyze and interpret soil, groundwater, and vapor data.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance in all project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in environmental or geologic consulting.
• Strong knowledge of PADEP Act 2 and/or NJ SRP programs.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and client communications.
• Excellent technical writing and proposal development skills.
• Professional Geologist (PG) license in PA or LSRP certification in NJ preferred.
• Demonstrated experience across diverse project types (Phase I/II, RCRA, Brownfields, Geotechnical/Soils, etc.).
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
