Job Description

Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with prior manufacturing experience. The successful candidate will have scheduling experience and be knowledgeable with daily workflow.

• Client Price Quotes.
• Entering Client Orders.
• Customer Service.
• Processing timesheets for plant employees.
• Hiring and firing with Plant Manager cucurrence.
• Serve as an intermediary between plant personnel and the Plant Manager.
• Ordering of materials & supplies for production.
• Scheduling orders for production.
• Maintain quality standards and procedures, to ensure compliance with quality assurance polilcies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual - English & Spanish.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is important).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Manufacturing experience.
