This is a FULL-TIME permanent position.

Our client, a premier consumer product manufacturing company with plants nationwide, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for their Oklahoma Production plant. Responsibilities:

The right candidate will be responsible for supervising a process production team. This individual must maintain excellent quality, sanitation, safety and production standards for the shift’s operation.

Communicate with team members from Sales and Operations to ensure product orders are being delivered on time and effectively.

Make certain that sufficient supplies and resources are available to meet the production standards. Ensure availability of adequate supplies and materials needed to meet and exceed productivity standards. Manage this team of employees by keeping them accountable for results to obtain certain goals and objectives. Adherence to GMP, HACCP, Safety, SOPs, SSOPs and all other plant policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• BS. / BA, Degree preferred but not required.
• One (1) year or more of experience supervising employees directly in a production environment.
• Strong preference to individuals who have worked in a refrigerated or climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to motivate and train people and monitor the safety & quality of the products produced and the safety of the employees managed.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish is a strong plus but not required)
• Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
