Job Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with strong manufacturing experience to lead daily operations, maintain production schedules, manage inventory, and ensure product quality, safety, and deadlines are consistently met.
Maintain all manufacturing equipment in safe, production-ready condition; coordinate with equipment support teams as needed.
Lead and oversee daily production workflow, assigning tasks and supporting team performance.
Review drawings, specifications, and orders to plan and schedule efficient production activities.
Ensure proper materials, tools, and supplies are available for each job.
Implement cost-effective manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and meet quality standards.
Prepare labor and material estimates and oversee packaging and shipping requirements.
Complete other related production duties as assigned.
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in production, assembly, planning, or related areas.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and convert them into clear production procedures.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
