$1,500 Sign-On Bonus! Coperion is currently seeking a Production Scheduler to support our location in Whitewater, WI. The Production Scheduler is responsible for expediting production in all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure timely manufacturing to meet cost, quality and delivery objectives.
Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain and update production schedules based on engineering, customer requests, and production
- Develop dispatch lists to establish priorities for orders and make revisions as necessary
- Monitors schedule and makes suggestions to overcome capacity constraints or recommend outsourcing
- Provide feedback to various departments on technical concerns, inventory levels, order status, raw material requirements, and manufacturing constraints
Required Education/Experience/Skills: - Associate’s degree in Operations Planning, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or related field
- 2-3 year’s manufacturing or inventory control experience
- Effective computer skills
- Knowledge of production processes (Machining, welding, finishing, and assembly)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to time manage to meet deadlines
- Use judgement and independent thinking
- Proficient at planning, scheduling, organizing and decision making
- SAP experience a plus
- Dependability a must
