**Now Hiring: Assembly Line Operator I** **Location:** Huntington Beach, CA, 92649 (Springdale St.) **Company:** Kelly Services- Staffing Agency. **Shifts Available:** **2nd Shift:** $17.50 2pm-10:00pm **3rd Shift:** $18.00 10pm-6:30am **Schedule:** Full-Time | On-site | Monday-Friday Are you ready to join a fast-paced, safety-driven manufacturing team? Kelly is looking for motivated individuals to help us deliver high-quality automotive glass products. **What You'll Do:** + Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently within a PRODUCTION setting. + Inspect automotive glass to meet quality standards + Apply chemicals, adhesives, and components according to specs + Package finished products for shipment (metal crates) + Perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery + Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards) **What We're Looking For:** + High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) + 1+ year experience in a PRODUCTION manufacturing environment (preferred) + Familiarity with calipers, gauges, and compactors is a plus + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety + Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods + Comfortable working in a high-noise, fast-paced setting **Work Environment:** + 100% on the production floor + Exposure to heat, dust, fumes, and moving equipment + Required use of PPE and safety gear please be sure to have your updated resume.
