About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Product Manager Intern to join our team for a 10–12 week full-time, paid internship this summer. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-driven hiring platform from its earliest stages. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, working directly with experienced product leaders and making a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Own a key product area, driving it from initial discovery through to final execution within our AI-driven hiring platform.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create delightful and functional user experiences.
- Conduct thorough user research with recruiters and candidates to identify pain points and validate proposed solutions.
- Define and meticulously manage product requirements, crafting clear specifications and guiding iterative product releases.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and continuously enhance product performance.

Requirements:

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an MBA or a graduate degree in a tech or business-related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Experience or a deep interest in AI, HR tech, or early-stage startups is highly desirable.
