Shape the flow of goods as our Powered Industrial Truck Operator

Pay Range: $17.75-$18.30/hr

Shift Options

• B Crew: (Tues.-Fri.) 6pm-6am - $18.10/hr
• C Crew (Split Shift): Friday & Saturday 6am-6pm AND Sunday & Monday 6pm-6am $18.30/hr
• 2nd Shift: (Mon-Fri) 6pm-2:30am $18.10/hr

A day in the life

You begin with a quick walk-around inspection of your forklift, documenting any safety or mechanical issues before you roll. Your first assignment is to offload inbound trailers —you position pallets with precision, using a forklift or pallet jack to move materials to the right zones. Throughout the shift, you rotate stock, stack product efficiently, and verify receipts against bills of lading and purchase orders to ensure accuracy. You keep a sharp eye on the floor, always honoring the two-foot rule and keeping pedestrians safe. When you spot a potential hazard, you notify your manager immediately.

Between moves, you tidy your lane, help secure the warehouse, and coordinate with teammates to support periodic physical inventories. Every action reflects our safety-first mindset and our commitment to reliable distribution.

What you’ll handle

• Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory
• Unload inbound shipments safely and stage them in designated areas using a forklift, pallet jack, or manual methods
• Stack and store products to department standards; rotate stock as needed
• Check materials received against bills of lading and purchase orders to verify accuracy
• Spot and report hazards, damage, or defects; take appropriate corrective action
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and assist in warehouse security
• Conduct operations with a continuous focus on safety and the two-foot rule for pedestrians
• Comply with OSHA, ISO, and MSDS standards
• Perform routine forklift inspections and document any safety or mechanical concerns
• Assist with physical inventory counts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a Forklift/Hilo Test
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass a drug screen and background check

Preferred experience

• Shipping and Receiving background
• Warehouse and Material Handling experience, including heavy material movement
• Distribution and Packaging exposure
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Basic Computer Skills
