Position Summary To support our growing podcast business, we're searching for a Podcast Talent Relations Coordinator to help build our talent roster. In this role, you’ll manage the talent submission pipeline and assist the team’s deal-flow from evaluation through contract execution. You will also prospect for new podcast talent and support the growth and retention of our current partners. If you’re ready to hustle and grow our network's overall audience size, you’ll be the perfect candidate.
Responsibilities - Track inbound talent submissions and maintain team’s pipeline in Monday.com
- Ensure effective and professional communication with external partners including agents, managers, and talent
- Coordinate meetings and pitch calls with talent and agency partners
- Support new deal analysis by evaluating audience data and social performance
- Gather data for network renewals and support contract negotiation and execution
- Identify new podcast talent and initiate outreach as needed
- Help onboard new talent, working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and development teams
- Work with operations team to review contracts and ensure timely payouts to podcasters
- Perform accurate data entry tasks and other duties as needed
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ years of related experience in the entertainment or podcasting industry.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Have a basic understanding of talent partnership agreements
- Ability to multi-task and self-direct
- Open to learning new skills and techniques
- Clear understanding of how to provide superior client service
- Experience with CRM technology a plus
- Strong interest and desire to work in the podcast industry
- Basic excel
