The ideal candidates should have experience in setting up and operating plastic injection molding machines while ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. Pay rate starts at $16.50 pay differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts!

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines
• Monitor the production process and adjust machines as necessary
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Follow safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an injection mold operator or similar role
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation
