Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Planview/Power BI Report Developer to design, develop, and manage reporting solutions for the Enterprise Transformation Office IT team. This role focuses on building Power BI and SSRS reports from the Planview Portfolios PPM SaaS application , collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver insights and enhance reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and SSRS reporting solutions for the Transformation Office.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into custom reports and dashboards .
• Manage and configure Planview dashboards, tiles, portlets, and reporting solutions .
• Develop and maintain system documentation, best practices, and reporting standards .
• Assist end users with reporting-related issues and functional queries.
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders to deliver C-suite reports from Planview.
• Identify and implement process improvements in reporting workflows.
• Support testing, rollout, and enhancement of reporting solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical business analysis, system administration, or report development within project/change management tools .
• Hands-on experience with Planview Project or Agile Place for report development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (data extraction, visualization, report creation).
• Proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced) .
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions .
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies .
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Rally .
• Prior experience building SSRS reports within Planview .
